I lost my golden boy , Max on 30.10.2023 . Searched google and found Paws- Pet Electric Cremation Gurgaons. I am thankful to them for a prompt response and making all arrangements for a fitting final goodbye for my baby. The part which I didn’t like was his “asthi visarjan” . I could not tell from video sent to me that it was mine . Ashes were just carried in a polythene bag , and not wrapped in white cloth , tied with moli , as it should have been.My heart cried , I regretted why was I not there ?

I am extremely grateful for the most respectful and befitting farewell given to our dearest Bruno at the cremation ground on 28th Oct 2023. All ceremonies were performed in a solemn manner, and I'm sure our Bruno is in a happy and peaceful place. Thank you for the rituals done by the panditji and for answering all our calls and queries.

Words can’t express how grateful I am with their service. We were in touch since 6:30am in the morning and they never showed any signs of discomfort or irritation in their help. The staff, panditji the porter all were very respectful, humble and cooperative. They even provided us time and support for delivering the remaining ashes as we were from different city. If you are looking for a decent, peaceful place to say goodbye to your fur baby this is the right place. Every step is done as we do for humans. From puja to collecting ashes. They even send video as proof. I will forever be greatful for their service.

My baby passed away yesterday sep 26.they arranged in a timely manner and sent us photograph and video of my son bruno last journey.thank you

We feel as pet parents it's so peaceful to be able to give our fur babies respect and love on their final journey. I would appreciate the empathy and consideration of Mr. Ronit , Akash and Pandit ji and the helpers for all the arrangements.
